s98 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistan Players

1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on or using the s98 platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. This agreement is entered into between you and s98 and is effective from the moment you complete account registration.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not create an account or use any services offered on the s98 platform. Continued use of the platform following any published update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

These Terms and Conditions should be read alongside the s98 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming page, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and the platform.

2Eligibility

To be eligible to use s98, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must be a natural person capable of entering into a legally binding agreement.
• You must not be prohibited from participating in online gaming or betting under any applicable law in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the platform.
• You must not currently hold an active self-exclusion on the s98 platform.

s98 does not knowingly permit minors to register or use the platform. If it is discovered that a user is under the age of 18, the account will be closed immediately and any deposits made during the period of underage use will be returned to the depositing payment method, less any winnings generated from that activity.

3Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold one account on s98. The creation of duplicate accounts by the same individual, whether under the same or different details, is a violation of these terms and may result in closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of funds held within them.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current and complete information. This includes your real name, contact details and any other information requested during the registration process. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. s98 will never ask you for your password. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify s98 immediately. The platform is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the user has failed to maintain the security of their credentials.

4Deposits & Payments

All deposits and transactions on s98 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). s98 supports the following deposit methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit/credit cards and mobile wallets. The availability of specific payment methods may change and the current options will always be displayed in your account's deposit section.

Deposits are processed promptly. Mobile wallet deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically reflected in your account balance immediately or within a short processing window. Bank Transfer deposits may take longer depending on your bank's processing times.

• Only deposit funds that belong to you. Depositing funds from an account that does not belong to you is a violation of these terms.
• s98 does not accept deposits from payment methods registered to third parties.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and will be displayed at the point of deposit.
• s98 does not charge deposit fees from its side, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

If a deposit does not reflect in your balance within the expected window, contact s98 support with the transaction reference number. Do not attempt to make a second deposit for the same amount before confirming the status of the first.

5Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on s98 are processed back to the same payment method used for the original deposit. This applies to all supported methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast and Bank Transfer. You cannot withdraw to a payment method different from the one used to fund your account.

The amount you request for withdrawal is the amount that will be sent. s98 does not deduct processing fees from withdrawal amounts on its end. Your receiving payment provider may apply their own fees.

• Withdrawals are only available for verified accounts.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and will be shown in your account's withdrawal section.
• Funds that have been deposited but not yet subject to any wagering activity may be subject to a review before withdrawal is processed.
• Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements are not withdrawable and will not be included in the withdrawal amount.
• s98 reserves the right to carry out identity and payment verification checks before processing withdrawals. Providing accurate information during registration speeds up this process significantly.

6Bonuses & Promotions

s98 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, deposit match promotions and other incentives to registered users. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be stated at the time the promotion is offered. These bonus-specific terms form part of these overall Terms and Conditions.

General bonus rules that apply across all s98 promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and are not immediately withdrawable as cash.
• A wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The wagering requirement multiplier will be clearly stated for each bonus.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Sports bets may contribute differently to casino bets. The specific contribution rates will be listed in the bonus terms.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion details.
• Bonuses are for personal use only and may not be transferred between accounts.
• s98 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time. This will not affect bonuses already credited to an account that are being actively wagered on.
• If a bonus is obtained through misrepresentation, use of multiple accounts or any form of abuse of the promotion system, s98 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and any winnings generated from it.

7Betting & Casino Rules

All bets placed on s98 are subject to the specific rules of the market or game being played. The following general rules apply across all betting and casino activity on the platform:

Sports Betting

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. If you place a bet and it is confirmed, the odds are locked in regardless of subsequent market movement.
• In-play bets are subject to a short acceptance delay. During this window, odds may change and the bet may be accepted at revised odds or returned to you for reconfirmation.
• If a sporting event is abandoned, postponed or cancelled and not completed within 24 hours, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned.
• PSL cricket matches, T20 internationals and other cricket fixtures are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant cricket board. If an official result is declared via the Duckworth-Lewis method, that result stands for betting purposes.
• Football, esports and other sports markets follow the same void and settlement rules as cricket unless specific market rules state otherwise.
• Accumulator bets containing one or more void selections will be settled with the void legs removed and the remaining legs settled at their confirmed odds.

Casino & Live Casino

• All casino games on s98 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are independently determined and cannot be influenced by the platform or the player.
• Live Casino games are streamed in real time with human dealers. Technical disconnection during a live game round will be handled according to the game provider's standard disconnection policy, which will be displayed in the game's help section.
• Malfunction of any game voids all related play and returns stakes. This applies to both casino slots and live dealer games.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and are displayed within the game interface before play begins.

Crash Games

• Crash game outcomes are determined by a certified RNG before each round begins. The crash point cannot be predicted or influenced.
• If a player's cash-out instruction is not processed before the crash point due to a technical fault on s98's side, the bet will be voided and the stake returned.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on s98. Engaging in any of them may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of all funds held in the account:

• Registering more than one account, whether using your own details or those of another person.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other non-human means to interact with the platform, place bets or exploit game mechanics.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds or other technical vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated through such exploitation will be voided.
• Coordinating with other users to abuse promotions or guarantee outcomes across multiple accounts (bonus abuse, matched betting via multi-accounting).
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means or using s98 to launder money.
• Providing false identity information during registration or verification.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, chargebacks or payment disputes that are not genuinely in dispute.
• Attempting to access another user's account or s98's backend systems without authorisation.

9Privacy & Data

By registering on s98, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Key points include:

• Your personal information is used solely for the purpose of operating your s98 account and processing transactions.
• s98 does not sell or share your personal data with third-party marketing organisations.
• Payment details are handled securely and are not stored in plain form.
• You have the right to request access to the personal data s98 holds about you by contacting support.

10Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly or monthly PKR deposit limit on your account. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Increasing a limit requires a cooling-off period before the change takes effect.

• s98 is not liable for losses arising from platform downtime, technical faults or connectivity issues outside its reasonable control.
• s98 is not liable for losses you incur as a result of your own betting or gaming decisions.
• In circumstances where a technical error results in an incorrect odds display or incorrect game outcome, s98 reserves the right to void the affected bets or game rounds and return stakes.
• s98's total liability to any individual user in any given circumstance is limited to the amount of funds held in that user's account at the time of the relevant incident.

Nothing in these terms limits s98's liability for matters that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12Amendments to These Terms

s98 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised effective date. For significant changes, s98 may also notify registered users via their account email address.

It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continuing to use s98 after an update has been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you should close your account and withdraw any remaining balance before the effective date of the changes.

13Contact & Disputes

If you have a question about these Terms and Conditions or wish to raise a dispute regarding your account, a transaction or a settled bet, please contact the s98 support team. All disputes should be raised within 30 days of the relevant event occurring. Disputes raised after this period may not be reviewable.

s98 aims to resolve all account and betting disputes fairly and promptly. When raising a dispute, provide as much detail as possible including your account username, the date of the relevant event, the amount involved and a clear description of the issue. This helps the support team investigate and respond as quickly as possible.
